First Grow - Rubbermaid / CFLs
well i'd have to say clones would be the most ideal, given you have a small area to keep a bonsai. consistency and canopy efficiency is overly important when using cfls. using clones would minimize the need to lst and/or raise plants up down
fem seeds are not a bad way though! Just pricey!
