    13 watt CFLs?

Currently I only have 4 13 watt CFL's to work with, and judging by the manufacturers site it should give me at least 3200 lumens. This is going to be in a one foot wide 2 foot tall box lined with aluminum foil and a fermentation CO2 system, single plant grown in soil. Would these lights and setup work for growing and maturing a plant pretty fast with at least decent yeilds?

    This is a good read:

    But more specifically:

    So... figure out your

Divide your total lumens by your area

Sounds like a quick micro grow.

A do have a friend that successfully vegged a plant to 8 nodes (roughly a foot* without stretching. Including some massive green fan leaves with only one 13watt 2700k CFL. I really think it might have been the constant foliage mist watering.

but I'm like :stoned::stoned::stoned::stoned::stoned::bigsmoke: to the bone.

Might try a couple 6500k bulbs for vegging for shorter thicker foliage.
Then switch back to your bulbs for the flowering of the little super dank nuggie.

    Oh yeah.

Lose the foil and paint it flat white. Way cooler and a lot brighter.

Too baked for my own good at the moment. :stoned:

How does one paint a cardboard box lol.
I ended up using the dull side of foil. I know its probably not the most efficient way but this box really isn't supposed to be top of the line.
Also, how much did your friends plant yield?

You're not going to yield much at all with 52watts. =P You might get 10-15grams of dry hairy nugget. At the most. It's such a little space and such a small amount of light. Micro grows result in micro yields. Hehe.

Heh, maybe I'd be better off doing a micro sog. Either way I'm happy with my yield whatever it is,this is supposed to be a stash supplementer not a kilo a month drug factory

the micro sog would be very interesting too. =)

If it's just stash supply then why include the 'fast growth and decent yields' part?:stoned:

I'm currently growing with intent to learn meself howta grow a plant from seed to natural death and hope for some smokable smoke in the end.

If you have yahoo or aim or something along those lines, I'd like to share information without having to post a million replies on your thread.
