What are you feeding them? Fill out Stinky's troubleshooting form.
So far I'm going with:
-Underfed
-Overwatered
-Soil too dense

Looks like overwatering and/or improper drainage. Do not soak the soil with every watering, as this will flush the nutrients out of the soil, and cause root-rot. Is there perlite in the soil?
Once yellowing and splotching (leaf die-off) wanes, likely ok to start a weak nutrient solution. Half strength at first, keep an eye on results and adjust accordingly.

60-40 top soil and compost...? No added perlite...? Topsoil is too hot, compost is usually too acidic, and there's no aeration. Do you have access to a good potting soil?
The Schultz nutes you mention are for flowering, not vegetative growth. You'll want to get a veg nute, for the vegetative stage, and save what you have for flowering. In a perfect world, I'd recommend purchasing a Fox Farms or Canna products regimine. One bottle of veg nutes for the veg stage, one bottle of flower nutes for the flowering stage, and a micronute to be added regularly throughout the grow.
Would get the potting soil now, and plant some more seeds, as she's possibly crashing. You can either try and save her thru transplanting and some excessive TLC, or start again when you have the proper supplies.
Do you have a ph pen, or some way to check run-off water?

Overwatered
Soil too dense
Pot too large for that size plant (can't fix that)
That type of pot drains poorly
Not enough food- use one that has a higher FIRST number because you need the nitrogen.
