I second stinky's concerns with safety. IMHO, the possible loss of a couple of lumens, isn't worth the risk. Also, the white paper is too far away to reflect CFL light enough to do much good anyway. Saftey first and always. :thumbsup:

Also, most CFI's are not warranteed against water damage, and are not intended for wet enviornments. Might want to at least keep it off the floor when watering.
