what flowering plants can I get for texas winter.
a nice bush/small tree that grows year-round and produces lots of purple flowers throughout the year is "vitex"...aka chaste tree. it also looks a lot like cannabis and is great camoflage for backyards. they grow to about 14-16feet high and very bushy...with "bottle brush" style flowers. it's in the sage family so it also smells good...
