Obama Removes American Flag from Campaign Plane

Barack Obama spared no expense remodeled his campaign plane. It now fits the Messiah's every need.

Using campaign contributions, Obama had four individual chairs that resemble Lazy-Boys installed into the front cabin of the Boeing 757. These chairs are made of plush leather with pockets on the sides. There is also a booth which seats four for a meeting or a meal or to practice his say nothing speeches.

So why does a candidate have to speed $500,000 to makeover an aircraft he will use for less than 90 days? This is clear example of extravagant spending. How will Obama cut government spending, when he can't stop wasting money in this fashion?

Another change Obama made to his campaign plane â?? He removed an American Flag from the tail section and replaced it with his own seal.

How insulting is this? What kind of American running for president of the United States would remove the symbol of our country and replace with a symbol of himself?

It was bad enough when he had to be forced to wear the American flag on his suit by his campaign staff. It was bad enough when he trash mouthed our country in his recent trip overseas. And it was really bad when he refused to visit with injured soldiers in Europe because he could not have a photo op. Now to remove our flag and put up his â??Oâ?? in its place?

This candidate with no resume is just bad for America. Heâ??s a tragedy waiting to happen if America is fooled and puts this anti-American in our White House.

Replacing the flag with his own seal? Elitist, egomaniac....what more to be said about the savior?

Hope all the suckers that gave a contribution to his campaign are happy that he's so comfy cosy in his remodeled plane.

Growing up republican.....for once in my life I can't get a grip on voting for McCain. He gets a "F" in the drug war and Obama has already promised to stop FEDERAL RAIDS against medical marijuana users. So ...who in the hell do we vote for? Not much of a choice!

And the article came from WOAI which is a News Station in San Antonio, Tx where Obama has some pretty signifigant support. You could've found this out if you clicked the link that P4B sourced for the article. :thumbsup:

At first p4b, I was about to say who cares if obama removed the flag from his plane, but now that I know he replaced it with his stupid little symbol, well that makes me angry. Obama's use of that symbol just makes me paranoid that the "change" obama is promising us American's is just a different brainwash program than before.

Just watching the daily news makes me feel uneasy about the election. On the one hand we have this white knight, obama, who is charismatic and nearly immaculate, on the other we have McCain, who does a good job of humiliating himself and saying the wrong things. Did you see him at the biker festival? It is almost as if we are being conditioned to vote for Obama because there are no other decent choices.

Seeing as how it was only he and I that had posted replies it's obvious that he was referring to me. The topic of the thread had nothing to do with racism or lol'ing.

I really don't want to get into this debate over which one is worse, Obama or McCain... but...
I'm pretty sure the reason that Obama changed the American flags (at least the tail one) was because of that specific logo is a registered trademark of North American Airlines, which is or was the owner of the plane. Since Obama is preparing for the general election... he and his campaign re-designed the plane to display his slogan. If they purchased the plane, which I assume they did, that particular image of North American Airlines would need to be removed. Now... why he didn't replace it with another flag? I don't know or really care. :jointsmile: I'm pretty sure he is not the first candidate to NOT have an American flag on the tail.

Seriously though, I am not arguing in favor of either candidate. I have no idea what is going on in the political arena nowadays. Even if I think I know... I don't know... you know? I mean, what can you believe on the internet?

True, but that proves he is human like the rest of us. Anybody in that position would have an inflated ego, i mean he is supposivley the savior of the American people...and the world.We will really see what he is made of when he becomes president, when he is under all that pressure to actually bring change and hope to the people, instead of just claiming he will.
