Hello and welcome to the forum.
OK, chemical levels and timing. I assume you mean nutrient levels, and that varies per variety and stage of growth. You might search for white rhino and see how much other people are feeding it, but it think it's pretty normal. I grew it once many years back and liked it.
Your cuttings should have no nutrients except a small amount of B1 mixed in with your water (ie Superthrive, Thrive Alive). Change your reservoir in the propagator often for best results, like once per day for two days, then every third day. A week or so after they get roots you can put them in your system with a very small amount of nutrients to start, maybe 1/8-1/4 strength. Over about a month you can gradually increase to full strength, which is probably around 1400 PPM. If you don't have a meter shame on you, but you could find the right level by gradually increasing each feeding while watching carefully for yellowing or browning leaf tips. That means a little too much, so back it off a little and you have found your proper level. They usually handle a little more during flowering, but you should try to find the mfg. web site and feeding schedule. Proper hydro PH is important and should be kept between 5.3 and 6.5, preferably about 5.7. You need a meter! (under $30 for the cheap ones.)
For timing have bubbles on 24 hours in both the propagator res and the main one. For spraying in the propagator, try something like 1 min on and 10 min off, depending on a bunch of stuff. That's a pretty good schedule to start with for the flood schedule too, but you could probably go longer between floods. There is no one schedule that works for everyone. You need to experiment a little to find what's best for your situation. One of the main keys to big healthy plants is to give the roots as much oxygen as possible. This means lots of bubbles in the res at all times, and as little flooding or spraying as possible without stressing plants.
