Altho your effort is valiant, it will likely lead to disappointment, if you do not do some reading, and get the right tools for the job.

Nutes: seedlings don't need nutes, and are easily 'nute-burned', especially with a 10-12-10. (Schultz...?) Do some research, get the correct nutes.

Flies: Did you start the cups outdoors, then bring them in, or was your soil sitting outside for a while? Get some yellow no-pest strips.

Soil: What kind are you using?

Lights: One CFL light will not work. Half a dozen might. It's more important to have adequate light, and vent the heat out, than to worry about heat, and kill your plants due to insufficient light.

Cabinet: lol. Suffice it to say it's a tad small for anything other than seedlings. No closet available?

There are some minor gaps with your knowledge-base. Reading for hours on-end, and figuring-out how to rectify your growroom conditions are going to be important factors in your sucess or failure. All the info you need is on this site, but if you have more questions you can't find the answers to, give a holler.

Good luck.
