hey so i just planted 10 seeds in 10 diff cups under 1 26w CFL light in a cabinet just under my tv. the room in there is small. about 2 1/2 feet tall and2 feet wide by 3 feet deep. i dont intend on keeping all the plants in there, but just rather be safe then sorry. i dont have any room for a fan so that is why im only useing one 26w cfl, just so it does not get to hot in there. im useing organic rich soil with 10-12-10 plant food. some are starting to sprout. i also i have a problem with bugs. right now i have a couple little flies in there that look like fruit flies, there TINY, black, and have white wings. anyone no how to get get them out? some pics below

the last pics of the flies im haveing problems with, there very small and hard to see with my camera. any comments or ideas or info on indoor cabinet would be very helpful. thanks
