Yes and no.
On one hand, males of some strains contain useable amounts of psychoactives.
On the other hand, even with those, there's virtually no way to extract the compounds without getting more chlorophyll than you'd really like.
If anything, I'd suggest drying them and processing them into cannabutter in several 'washes' using the same butter re-processed with fresh plant matter each cycle. Instructions are stickied in 'edibles'. You will need to use SEVERAL times the weight of plant material that you would have had you been running with females.
