Well seem you have had a few lessons learned already but valuable learning.

First you went about this backwards most get everthing in place before germinating the seeds and you have found out why.

To start the seran wrap works great for artificial light but not for the real sun, it is to strong. What happened is the same thing that happens inside your car when it is hot outside and the sun is shinning directly on your parked car. It gets hot as hell inside your car, well it got hot as hell inside the pot covered with seran wrap and fried your seedlings.

I know you wasted some good seeds from bag weed but at least they were not from a seed bank and you paid anywhere from $50.00 to $250.00 for 10 seeds.

It sounds like you want to take growing seriously. So you are going to need a plan and get all the materials needed before you start.

First advice is as everyone else said READ, READ, READ. Then figure out what medium you are going to use to grow in SOIL, or Hydoponic. Then decide what lighting you are going to use compact florecents or HID. It is too late to start a grow outside in the northern hemispher so plan on indoors.
Next where are you going to put your grow room. This is going to have to be in a secure area, and have somewhere nearby that you can ventelate the heat from the lighting to. Then I highly recommend getting some seeds from a seed bank. There are several reasons I say this. First bag seed usually comes from comercial growers and is grown outside in a feild and is not top shelf quality herb. Second it is bred to grow outside and does not do as well indoors. ( Note: I have seen some awsome grow logs from bag seed so don't let me discourage you, it is just more difficult to grow inside). Also depending on your medical needs there are strains that work better than others for your conditition. Somewhere in this web site is a list of all the strains and what ailments they work best for. So look at this list and find the strain that best suits your needs. Then order it from a seed bank that carries it.

Well this is enough for now. So read up on the things you will need, get those items, get a plan in place, order some seeds and you should be good to grow. Also ask as many questions as you can in these forums and you should end up with some killer buds in 3 to 4 months.
