Sooooo.... Bloom boosters will make a difference then yeah? And I only need to use them towards the last week of bloom.. right before I flush?

I am wanting to know just how effective is it and what would be the most ideal product? Also I almost bought a bottle of kool bloom but wanted to get some opinions on the product.
