Thanks for the replies all, but seriously...it was a dream. There's no way, in this desert heat, that I could pull-off a hydro grow. (and am too broke to purchase all that equipment)

The question I guess I really had, was, could the 'surface tension release' of disolved oxygen happen without the air stone providing too much of the 'dissolved' oxygen into the water column, which in turn can create unfavorable conditions, which need to be corrected using more chemicals, yet still provide adequate oxygen to the ladies? (could you use a water pump instead to avoid precipitate build-up?)
<takes breath>
Was just curious. :thumbsup:

Yeah, I guess the saltwater additives (iodine, calcium, strontium & molybdenum, ammonia removers...) differ greatly from the nitrogen, iron, and other shit we use for cannabis. Hadn't dreamt of that, tho, lol.

Gotta say, was the most realistic dream I've had since the nightmare about Carter being elected.
Freaky, especially since I don't fully understand all the principles involved on the cannabis end of tank oxygenation, lol. (altho I do somewhat understand the chemistry involved with the saltwater tanks)

Great...I get one Profound Relevation a year, and I wasted it on this, lol.

Thanks again.
