I can't tell his stance by the voting record because he has rarely shown up for a vote since he was on the state legislature. Can't tell by what he says because he's as two faced as they come.....typical Washington poliltician. He's already got the delusional college crowd; now he has to go after the elders...the reefer madness crowd. I'd LOVE to see this guys response in front of a group of seniors.
