It was very hard and ummm hard. As far as flavor it was pretty bland. I guess if cardboard had a flavor that's what it would've tasted like.

As far as pairing; I recommend a nice Chianti or Pinot Noir to go with the dog biscuit. A bright fruity wine would do this cardboard cuisine wonders. :thumbsup:
