To be completely fair the guy didnt look like he was makeing it easy, but that was still un called for. In a situation where you are going to be arrested you should really just close your mouth and put your hands behind your back. If you dont i woud be expecting a taser or beat stick. But hey, i thought that was common knowledge.

Here's another similar example, British cops get away with breaking the law as well. The cop was off duty but still got away with it.

I remember one day me and my buddies were coming home from the bar about 2 am. well there were a few people outside our house on the grass and we started talking and they were on there way home too and their buddy had passed out on the grass. so we all were standing there chit-chatting and a police car pulls up,cop gets out and asks for everyone ID, so we give too him except the guy who is passed out. cop starts screaming at him get up!! again and again !! but dudes out so cop starts kicking and beating and screaming at the dude !! me of course I turn around head inside house call 911 and say I need police here know!!! their is a out of control cop !! next thing we had every cop da hood there !! next the abusive cop arrests me !!!
and throws me in his car and proceeds to take me to station halfway there he makes a turn onto a side road were noone can see and starts to get ready too beat shit outta me !!! I managed to talk him outta beating me and to take me to station !! whew!! that was too f*cking close. get to station was immediately released and went directly home and called internal affairs and filed a complaint! had the police following me around town for months !!

if asked if I would do this again i would say no.. but in reality i prolly would as it was a reaction,.. a reflex too save that guy from getting hurt
never thought about it just did it >he could've killed that guy !!! kicking him in the head with those steel toe boots!! the US police force is outta control !
I'm gonna end this rant on a good note and thank all the noncorrupt police officers for their hard work and dedication,few and far between.

At least with modern technology allowing for even smaller and better ways to record audio and video there is the possibility to gather evidence to prove who the bad cops are.
Although having said that I can't help thinking that some of them will still get away with it ALA Rodney King.
