Looks like too many cops there to intervene physically. Just keep rolling tape and call all the news channells when you get done. I've intervened twice during my lifetime and been damn lucky I didn't get killed. The first time I was overpowered and thrown in the holding cell where they proceeded to kick the shit out of me.lol
The second time I was a little smarter and won.
It does no good to call 911 for the authorities because they are the authorities and they are all either dirty or not man enough to stand up when they see someones civil rights being violated.

Even if I had seen this, I would've likely intervened. But every day is a further step into a police state, things are going to shit in this time and day.
