Call 911 RIGHT AWAY and INSIST that the shift supervisor be sent down IMMEDIATELY.

After calling, I'd use cell phone video. Stay way back out of the way and call the DA's office the next day to let them know, I was a witness and willing to testify.

Sometimes, I wonder, if fools like that deserve my help though! It isn't like the cop look at a group and said, hey, lets' beat up that one! Often, we have to bite our tongue and mind our own business for our own safety.

First, I would consider my safety and what they could do to me! No sense sticking your neck out too far, for people that absolutely would not do the same! We see too much of this anymore!

those people u mention have their hands in the same bowl most of the time! :P

its like tryin to turn a president against his/her vice! u must have irrefutable proof of the whole thing or the cop can come up with anything and make u look like not knowing the whole story [perhaps a threat u did not hear/capture]

problem here is how much 150% trust the system has in itself and in its agents, NY shooting of Sean Bell, rings a bell?
