There is no next step after newbie. There are three kinds of people: newbies, n00bs, and regulars. N00bs are idiots who (a) look like they're using a lot of English words but you can't make out what the hell they're saying, (b) just like to piss everybody off and/or (c) show no intellect whatsoever. Newbies such as yourself are actually interested in having conversations and gradually ease their way into the regular category as they post more and people get to know who they are.

Yup. I think I'm still a newbie and I've been here almost a year so yeah. Just go with the flow, it does'nt matter if you have a 'rep' or not. We are all just here because we love Cannabis.
