Astrology is probably a load of shit, but I still like it and think it shouldn't be dismissed as it can be quite fun and is afterall an ancient tradition.

A lot of people think astrology is about one sign, your sun sign. Apparently your sun sign is how you feel at your core and as you get older will behave more like your sun sign. Your rising or ascendant is basically the time you're born and the way you are seen and behave towards others. Your moon sign is the private self of you that only your closest friends get to experience.

Those three I would say are most influential, but there is a lot more like houses and squares, triangles, your eros etc..

I think the reason I like it is because it said I was good at sex lol ok so this is mine :

Sun - Scorpio
Moon - Sagittarius
Mercury - Scorpio
Venus - Libra
Mars - Aries
Jupiter - Gemini
Saturn - Sagittarius
Uranus - Sagittarius
Neptune - Capricorn
Pluto - Scorpio
Ascendant - Cancer

I have a 5 signs in my 5th house which is supposed to be the house of pleasure, creativity and family, I can find similarities of this to myself as I have been drawing all my life and went to art school, my dad is a full time artist and I want many children. But then again you can find definetely find people where this wouldn't be true so it is just coincidence but a fun one nonetheless.

Well... while i think the "usual" astrology is really a bunch of crap, and that most similarities due someone being born under such or such sign are in the viewers eyes, i think there is (or there was once) something in astrology that was more than this usual crap... for more details, look at:

I noticed that "aries" coincides with "mars", the only two on the list that are both the Roman and Greek versions of same God (the god of war). I hope astrology doesn't actually claim to match us up with our symbolic god, because casting me as the God of war would be a far cry from accuracy.



In the way of horoscopes, just thought I'd point out that there are 12 signs and 6 billion people on Earth, meaning that 500 million people would all have to have the same reading and attributes. Twould make sense if we were all cylons. :jointsmile:

Is your Aries in Mars as well? I don't think it means instant war god hehe this is what its supposed to mean:

Astrology is a map of potentials and challenges, that you can affect by your own personal behavior, even five minutes difference in birth time on the same day makes a tremendous difference. A chart that shows lots of artistic talent, but born to a family that does not promote that, or doesn't have the money ok I don't know what I'm trying to say I'm not an expert
