hey all..an outdoor has been in veg for 3 months but still shows no sex..its confusing because it reeks like herb but i dont see any pistils or preflowers..any logic/ encouragement? thanks

When you grow inside you can control the time and date flowering starts. Outside all you can do is roll another blunt and wait. But what do I know?
