the DEA and medical mj
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that states with dispensaries are going to pique the interest of the DEA more than a place like, say, Vermont, where you are pretty much required to grow it yourself or have it grown for you by your legal care-giver. Once there is a commerce in herb, you can bet that the DEA and the IRS will be keeping their ears to the ground.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . the DEA and medical mj so i am in colorado and i know alot of you are from the east coast as well as cali of course, but for all of you that are growing legally as far as state laws go how comfortable are you with it? do u fear the DEA or some crook cop that thinks he is just bustin some stoners? i think every state is different, cali deff is on the main radar but is colorado as much? just wondering how all u medical patients are dealing with the changing times and how you are staying below the radar of our best Rating: 5
