Then I ended up getting a job somewhere that dosent even test, got lucky! So whats your weekly benefit rate if you dont mind me asking? Is it the same as your regular unemployment was?
The benefit rate of the extension is the same as it was during the original claim. I'm getting the max, $405 a wk. (before taxes).

I'm also receiving a small pension from my last job.
Breukelen advocaat Reviewed by Breukelen advocaat on . Unemployment Benefits Extension!!! I just got qualified by phone for an additional thirteen weeks of unemployment benefits. The president approved the extension in June 2008. My initial period was for six months and ran out Nov. 2007. Now I'll resume collecting via direct deposit into a bank account complete with a direct payment debit card. Back in the day, you'd have to make a weekly trip to sign at the Unemployment office, and you got a check in the mail. During times of high unemployment, it was done through the mail. Now Rating: 5
