phillie blunts. and it's not really anythign anyone can exactly teach you i can give you the basics but you still gotta basicly learn it on your own....first use a razor or really sharp knife and cut straight down the middle (long ways) and empty out all tobacco.....then stick the weed you wanna roll into the cigar and even it out with your finger.....then begin at one end (usually the side that's not open, where you suck from) and pack it down kinda like your rolling a cigarette (but you don't actually roll it....just kinda press it down and hold and move to the next section) when you get each section lyour working with nice and snug lick it on the underside first reallllllllllllly good and stick it down and then roll it over and stick it down and lick that side for good measure, move on down allt he way through the blunt....good luck but remember it takes practice....
