This video shows a guy who was the second person to get medical cannabis from the government and he still gets it today!!!!
300 cigarettes every 25 days. Still frozen from when they produced them.

I was wondering if anybody has more information on this. Such as when they started doing this, when they stopped, newspaper articles et al.

They never stopped. Alot of the patients have died 6 are left. They stopped it because they were realizing it was useful for these people and they did not want to have to provide medical marijuana to those who needed it. So they continued to give it to the same people each month. Thats that. Most people dont even know it exists so obviously there doesnt need to be any more to it then that.

Also that video link. Whoever that youtube account belongs to that dude stole a portion of a movie and didnt even credit the documentary LAME!!!!

I heard the cannabis for those patients is grown at the University of Mississippi ...:hippy:
