Hey all,

I have a pre-employment screen coming up for a new job. The drug testing information that I received in my offer packet was very extensive. Despite the possibility of having a urine and blood test, they go on to list the substances that they will be testing for, which happen to be the NIDA 5 only.

There is no mention of additional substances beyond the NIDA 5 and I haven't seen any verbage to the effect of "additional substances may be tested for at the discretion of blah, blah, blah" in the information.

So my question is this: can the company test me for additional substances beyond the NIDA 5 even though the drug testing policy info they sent to me said that they will only be testing for the NIDA 5? Do they have to tell me exactly what they'll be testing for in addition to the NIDA 5 or can they just slip some stuff in there? I guess they could always add them in at the last second at the lab or something. That would be pretty sneaky. Could they do that??

Any help would be much appreciated!
