Which K/spectrum is better?
I would go with the Fresh Watter option down below on the page if it were me. The Actinic Blue 65w is 420 to 440nm blue witch is perfict for veg. The 6,400k full spectrum daylight bulb is good also. The HQI metal Halide I have never used but the 10,000K option is true daylight that's what I would use not the 15,000K. All of that is great for veg. For the most part when you flower a plant you want somewere around 3,000k and a standerd HPS is 2,000k and T5's are 3,000K. So from what I can see these lights don't have a flowering option unless they make a 3,000K HQI bulb or you put two 3,000K flouros in there but just 2 won't be enough IMO. So I think this could be a good veg light as far as flowering goes you would need to see if you could retro fit it with some 3,000K type of bulbs. Hope that helps.
