    carbon scrubber/fan combo

I'm purchasing a 6" 440cfm inline fan soon and was wondering if the carbon scrubber like the on the write up on this forum can handle that many CFMs. Also I plan on using the cat litter not the carbon.

Fan should be fine. I tried the cat litter once. It didn't work for me.

I think someone that posted in the thread for the DIY scrubber said they used fresh step crystals. I looked in the local pet store and no activated carbon, there's no pet smart around here either, might just have to order the carbon or make a drive to get it. Which cat litter did you use that didn't work well?
