Hospital Gown required for Pre-employment test??
The Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act, first enacted in 1991, requires drug and alcohol testing of safety-sensitive employees in aviation, trucking, railroads, mass transit, pipelines and other transportation-related industries.What obligates one to have a test governed by DOT guidelines rather than just a run-of-the-mill pre-employment standard test? Obviously, anyone with a CDL, but who else would require DOT standards? I'm going to be working for a firm (hopefully) that gets government contracts. Does any involvement with the government require DOT standards for testing?

I was reading up tonight and I saw it mentioned a couple times that some testing locations will require you to change into a hospital gown in an effort to prevent people from concealing containers of urine and substituting it. In my effort to be prepared for everything, I was wondering a few things about this: 1) Would you be required to take your underwear off? If not, no big deal. I can keep the QF in my undies.
