Hospital Gown required for Pre-employment test??

Unfortunatley I read some where that the rules were changed as of 8/25/08 that all DOT tests after the 25th were going to have be observed.

Not true! § 40.63 and § 40.67 remain unchanged in the newly revised DOT regulations. Observed testing will still not be conducted without cause.
