Do diuretics help for dilution?
No, they're really not helpful. The goal of dilution is not to make as much urine as possible. The goal is to dilute the urine while remaining in the accepted ranges of the validity tests. Yes the diuretics would dilute your urine more but it can be kind of hard to gauge their effects and it is just best to stick to diluting by increasing volume intake through measured amounts.
