Yes, she had inside info that stocks she owned were going to take a dive, so she sold them before she lost money. It was illegal because she wasn't supposed to have the info. She basically stabbed her broker in the back, too.

Her crappola linens are also available in KMart (an equally crappy string of chain stores).
