Harrison, I use the new waterfarm systems ( called power grower). I use 6 x 6 rockwooll in hydrotron. I run the drip ring 24/7. I agree with SAP420, just get an air stone in the res and run it 24/7. I put an airstone in my res, about 2 weeks ago, and can really tell a big difference. The leaves look way healthier. I have heard when vegging, run drip 24/7, then when in flowering, run drip only when lights are on, just keep the airstone on all the time. In 2 weeks that i've had the air stone, the roots of the plant grew out and down the bottom of the grow bucket are are now touching the bottom of the res.

this is my first grow, the plants have ben growing a little over a month, and are just shy of 2 feet tall.
