More people have heart attacks in the morning than any other time of day, and more people have them on Monday mornings (after the weekend) than any other day of the week. At least that was a statistic I remember reading a year or so ago.
Smoked cannabis probably wouldn't be any sort of advantage, especially not during the peak times/day for heart attacks or strokes. For people at risk of heart attack, infarction, or stroke, smoked whole cannabis is believed to increase that risk slightly, at least within the first hour or two of smoking. Probably for people at no risk of heart disease/heart attack, it's not enough risk to worry about.
Vaped cannabis, because it wouldn't involve the particulate nastiness that comes along with the whole combustible smoke and because it wouldn't compete with oxygen saturation or cause the carbon monoxide to bind to hemoglobin and thus decrease the 02 supply, would probably a lot healthier an alternative.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
