Now, I know there is a sticky above, and I have read it. I have also read several linked articles/posts about it as well.

Here is what I have to say. IF niacin is thermogenic (you get flushed/red/.itchy) and it dilates your capillaries (which run through your fat tissue) THEN, as A PART of a longer-term detox to pass a test, I believe it would be a viable addition to exercise, abstinence, and time.

I DO NOT think that 1250mg of niacin 3 hours before your test, when you smoked two bongs of dank and a blunt the night before (not to mention the days before that), is going to make you pass, and that is NOT what I am trying to say here.

What I am saying is that I believe that I have read the science that is between the lines in all the information that I have read, and as far as I can tell, it will, (again) as a part of a longer-term detox, be useful.

Thoughts? Any of the heavy hitters (science-types) want to weight in here. I think, if I am correct, this would be a useful piece of information.
