so if some one sells mj besides med dispensary makes them a dealer?? what if you sell med mj in a non med state are you a dealer??are people the scum of the earth that sell mj?dont get it confused.a dispensary is by far not a non profit organzation.sure thay sell people med,s and companys that sell med's wether its mj or not are makin there profit.
