you might have too much nitrogen...it is advised that you use less nitrogen for flowering and urea based fertilizers contain nitrogen that needs to be broken down by the soil first before the plant can get at it.

What it sounds most like to me is that you have a potassium defficiency, common in plants that are way tall and a "K" defficiency cause dead spots and yellowing on leaves.

wow, and it ALSO looks to me, since your leaves are red, and small on your more recent pics, that you may have a phossphorus defficiency as well.

So yea, definitely you have too much nitrogen, and too little potassium and phosphorus
