very true, my mentor and grow teacher was born and raised in Jefferson parish. he tells me story after story about how corupt NO and LA is. he still has a two joint rap on his sheet from 20 years ago. Steve is right on here. come on, nobody heard about the LA congressman that got busted with an hundred thou in his freezer? about the billion dollars of katrina money that simple disappeared. damn, i cant remember the name of the town but... there was a town in LA on the way to texas that got busted for pulling over speeders checking any cash they had on them for traces of coke and then raping them of everything they had. the feds had to come shut them down.
needless to say, LA is not a place to fuck around!
