First let's talk banana peels. Potassium is present in bananas, but it's not the only thing, and the skins aren't really useful as much besides compost for your outdoor plants. Pretty much EVERYHITNG once living MUST be composted before microbial action makes the nutrients available to plants. Google 'compost tea' or look in 'organic' for lots of recipes. Also, extracting metals from plant/animal tissues is done in an acidic environment- I do this in a lab for my day job- pH to 2.0 or less with nitric acid. Really, far better to buy packaged nutrients where this has all been done and you get a full suite of nutes, both NPK and micronutes, stabilized for use on plants.
Next, seltzer water. BIG no-no!!!! CO2 in solution goes to carbonic acid and will use up the lime buffer in your soil, while doing less than nothing for the plant, whose roots want OXYGEN. Not CO2. It's possible you have ruined the soil. You need to check the pH of your soil runoff to make sure it has not dropped to below 6.5.
Also you have multiple plants in one pot? Noo! One plant per pot!
Given that you have added no nutrients, I'm going to assume that your plants are at the very least HUNGRY. You should feed them some fertilizer!
