No need to pollinate the entire plant. The hairs (which are actually tubes) are a female plants delivery system for getting the pollen to the ovary. One grain of pollen on one hair can make one seed. So wait till there's enough hairs on her to make enough seeds for you.

So, starting in another room, or at the very least...turn off all the fans a few minutes before you do this...
Use a q-tip with most of the fuzzy stuff removed, lightly dip the q-tip into the pollen, and gently 'paint' it on the pistols. (the hairs)
The more mature pistols on the lady, the more seeds you can make. I usually only 'paint' the pistols on the lower half of the plant, keeping the top 1/2 of the plant seedless.
From that point on, your lady is preggers, and make sure she goes full-term, or seeds will not be viable. 6-8 weeks of waiting for the little darlings to develop, but longer is better. (also depends on strain, lights, nutes..)
If the cola and buds you didn't pollinate are ready before the seeds are done, remove the mature buds, and keep the seeded plant in flower till seeds are 'done'. Water and fert as usual.

Bake at 150 for 120 minutes, and walla...(just seeing if you're still awake...don't really bake 'em)

Once ready, (remove a couple to check on seed maturity) harvest the remaining plant and dry. Remove seeds from plant material (clean your stash) and collect the seeds. I usually leave 'em out in the open air for a few days to toughen the cover, and dry out enough not to mold when sealed in a light-proof dry, cool place. Label the batch with strain and date.

Repeat as necessary.

p.s. Don't forget to turn the fans back on.
