Alright, this isnt going anywhere and I dont want to make a bad name for myself. I am 19. Some people still consider me a kid, I use the term loosely. I wasnt looking for magic pills, I have used a magic drink in the past and I like to think it helped me pass, although I did abstain and worked out hard for a while. But, this time, I dont need magic. Im looking for general guidelines on detoxing, something as simple as work out and drink 5 gallons of water a day would have been more helpful. Specifically, some people I know have mentioned certain products you can buy at GNC/Healthfood store to help you detox over time. I looked in the stickies for supplements or anything like that but I couldnt find anything. Again, if theres nothing I can take/do to help myself detox then fine, just say that, but I feel like Im being led around a bit with this talk of "magical pills".
