ok first. he must show you the warrent before entering the house if you don't see one they can't come in and they had to go through court just to get one and it had to be something highly serious just to get one he wasn't suppose to come in and if the gun was illegal well 3 year due to gun possison pot is a small charge in some places all i can say hope you have a good lawyer:thumbsup:
