Agreed with robPA about being a snitch....that will get you killed where I come from. Man the fuck up and take your licks you made the mistake and was super careless. Does not matter that you did not know he had warrants if he has put down that address as his residence then they show up there to arrest him thats all the cause they need. He has a warrant and they have the right to come into that house and arrest him!

If and only if that gun was registered in YOUR name then you might be able to get that portion of the charges (plural) dismissed. You being 19 might be your savior tho and of course this being your first offense you just might get off with probation and if you get probation count on it being years and that comes with nothing but freakin headaches with all the shit they are going to put you thru.....classes, piss test, BA's, halfway house, kerfew, man you name it if you get probation it will SUCK!!!!!!.

If I were you I would not say a word to the pigs without your lawyer present and if you havn't hired one yet you better get on it. You have a serious crime on your hands that will tarnish your record for life and the anguish from a guilty verdict will haunt you for the rest of your life.....ie Jobs/ career.
