Probable cause - smell of marijuana. Neighbors may have complained so the police came. There are no valid reasons for owning guns. There are few cases that anybody has ever had a chance to use them for protection and many more that they are stolen for criminal acts. Obviously you are not the legal age to even get a license for a hand gun. That is a felony if I am correct. The plants is probably the least of their worries. I think if this is a first offense you may get lucky with five years probation if you have a very powerful attorney or six months in the county jail with three years probation if you have a decent one.
