Hi,

Where I live we a lot of days over 100 in July, Aug and Sept and I grow outside in a greenhouse all the time. In this year's grow are a couple of Swiss Miss ladies. SM is a strain recommended for colder and shorter seasons which obviously isn't the case here but they are just loving the summer heat. You'll want to start your grow as soon as possible because the bigger and more mature the plant the more it can tolerate high heat. You might look for a spot that gets a little filtered shading during the hottest times of the day. I don't know what your humidity levels are where you are but where I am they are low so I have to check my grow daily because when it gets *hot* they need daily watering.
lunarose Reviewed by lunarose on . Outdoor Heat? I am a beginner at growing cannabis and I was wondering if it would be possible to grow outdoors in Oklahoma's heat. I know I missed the season and plan on planting next season during April/May, but I've heard weather above 95 Degrees can kill cannabis. If you're not from Oklahoma or familiar with its weather, it can get pretty hot. July and August can be Oklahoma's hottest months with 95-103 degrees during the day and 70-77 degrees during night. Could I just put them with some shade and Rating: 5
