Help with choosing food,
Unless the plant is planted in the GROUND, it is easier to fix problems from too much chemical fert than too much organic fert.
If your plant is already starting to flower, scratching a bit of bat guano into the soil within the drip line is a common method of feeding organic bloom fert. Or look up Texas Grass' links and information on making organic teas, that are really nice to use.

Help with choosing food,
All food is derived from chemicals. Don't use too much. Read about how much other people are using for your specific strain, or start low and increase gradually. After a plant is couple weeks old you can start food at 1/4 strength, gradually increasing each feeding until you see the first signs of nute burn (brown tips), then back it off a bit and you have your perfect food amount for your situation.
