Holy Crap...all that on one breath. Check the grow logs, and the Indoor Growing forums. Have a pencil and paper handy. All the info you'll need is likely contained there.

For starters, get a good potting soil. Overdoing the manures will kill a potted plant. (too hot) Miracle Grow soils are about as hot as you really want to use. Most folks in here prefer a 'lighter' soil without the additional nutes. Tiz easier to control what's going in, (nutes) rather than trying to figure-out how to deal with what's already there.

Ditch the tin foil idea. If the walls are white, that's fine. If flat-white...even better. (flat white reflects better than gloss white)

As far as getting specific with further help, sounds like you should really read bunches, write-down the important shit, then get back to us with your (organized) ideas.
Below, I've included some periods, comma's and spaces. Feel free to use as many as you need, I've got plenty, lol.
