You think so? I read the stickied thread for substituion and it seems easy enough, but I'm kind of confused on certain parts. I know you have to keep the temperature between 94-100 degrees, how easy is it to do so? Should I buy the hand warmers like some threads say, or will simply collecting the urine the day of the test and putting it in the shampoo bottle and securing it to my crotch area be enough to keep it warm enough?

Well I am a pretty skinny guy, about 6 foot and about 140 pounds. Until the test I will be a week clean. Do you think this is enough to clean my system? And if not, what is the best way to pass this test besides synthetic or someone else's pee. If I go in a week clean, and just drink a ton of water and take some b12 vitamins and drank some energy drinks a couple hours before the test, will this make me Rating: 5
