You should be good but I would still do a dillution. Just drink about 30 ounces of gatorade, pee a few times first and then use your midstream piss. Just a little added insurance.

Well I am a pretty skinny guy, about 6 foot and about 140 pounds. Until the test I will be a week clean. Do you think this is enough to clean my system? And if not, what is the best way to pass this test besides synthetic or someone else's pee. If I go in a week clean, and just drink a ton of water and take some b12 vitamins and drank some energy drinks a couple hours before the test, will this make me Rating: 5
