I am in the process of applying for a new position (with a 15K raise), and there is a test that I will have to take.
As I am not familiar with the testing facility, and in fact, have never been tested, I plan to dilute according to N2's method.

I have been clean for over a week (as soon as I found out) and have been trying to clean myself up with some 7-Day system (I know, I know...), blah blah. I have been smoking for about 7 months daily, but was years clean before then. It has mostly been mersh, but recently we got some great dank buds, and it was the last thing I smoked.

I figure I will be at least 21 days clean come test day. I am 5'7" about 165 (with a belly).

So, I will exercise up to a couple of days in advance, and then load on creatine and start the dilution.

Any other tips, tricks, etc? How about a reliable home test, and any other info is greatly appreciated.
